    • Provide full-service sellside advisory to entrepreneurs and family-owned firms in M&A transactions

    • Client engagements are exclusive basis, typically lasting anywhere from 4 to 8 months from kick-off to completion

    • High-touch, confidential and competitive sellside auction process – engineered to maximize your outcome

    • Flesh out your personal, professional, and transaction goals and available options / exit strategies

    • Educate and guide you in preparing and positioning your business for sale

    • Provide support to assemble a team of transaction advisors (legal, accounting, tax, wealth management)

    • Develop financial models, marketing materials, process documents, and virtual data room

    • Architect list of prospective buyers that will match your goals

    • Run point on your transaction, confidentially marketing your business to qualified and credible buyers

    • Provide decision support and analysis to help you compare offers and make your best decision

    • Negotiate and structure your transaction and provide leadership from due diligence to closing

    • Limit the number of client engagements we take on each year – your transaction is our #1 priority

    • Fee structure is success-based – we only earn fees when your transaction closes

    • Success fee is a percentage of the transaction value – we do better when you do better

Non-Deal Road Show

    • A non-deal roadshow (NDRS) is a structured meet and greet with select investors

    • The meetings are informal, in a comfortable setting, outside of a formal sale process

    • Meet with anywhere from 3 to 5 hand-selected investors as we chaperone

    • Consists of a short presentation (typically 3-5 slides) covering financial performance, operations, strategy, competitive positioning, challenges, and opportunities

    • 45-minute meeting / discussion (default by Zoom; in-person optional)

    • Learn about investors active, or interested, in the home services space

    • Hear from investors and get honest and candid feedback on your business without the intense scrutiny and stakes of a formal sale process

    • Exposure interacting with and presenting to potential investors

    • Practice telling your “story” and sharing your vision
