Client engagements are exclusive basis, typically lasting anywhere from 4 to 8 months from kick-off to completion

Non-Deal Road Show

A non-deal roadshow (NDRS) is a structured meet and greet with select investors
The meetings are informal, in a comfortable setting, outside of a formal sale process
Meet with anywhere from 3 to 5 hand-selected investors as we chaperone
Consists of a short presentation (typically 3-5 slides) covering financial performance, operations, strategy, competitive positioning, challenges, and opportunities
45-minute meeting / discussion (default by Zoom; in-person optional)

Hear from investors and get honest and candid feedback on your business without the intense scrutiny and stakes of a formal sale process
Exposure interacting with and presenting to potential investors
